I am a lover of the mountains and nature in general, places where my mind can't help but feel calm and at peace.
I am a seeker of love and beauty in the everyday mundane. I want to find and capture the moments that connect you to your loved ones, that showcase the most natural and organic emotions and feelings that you have for one another.
I do not focus on posing as much I focus on the relationship and the love. I do my best to portray the care and closeness that you have for one another.
My aim is to give you images that bring you back in time and remember those moments, and the love you shared when they were taken.

The real me
After 18 years behind the camera, shooting just about every genre there is, I've decided to photograph only those sessions that light me up: two of them being family lifestyle sessions, and The Reclamation Experience, my signature work with women ready to feel like themselves again.
When I'm not on the back roads of Alberta chasing golden light (and slightly overgrown fields no sane person would call a "location"), I'm probably rewatching Star Trek for the tenth time or scheming my next passion project. It's a toss-up, honestly.
I moved my family from the city to the country in 2024, and I don't regret a single quiet morning. I still work full-time at an engineering firm in Edmonton where we "Build Cool Shit" (legit, it's a cool place to work), and the hour commute each way has become sacred: real conversations with my two kids, hours of audiobooks and podcasts filling in the rest.
That mix of quiet, noise, discipline, and wonder is exactly what I bring to a session.
With families, I want the real thing: the giggle mid-photo, the toddler who won't sit still, the way your partner looks at you when they think no one's watching. Those are the images you'll still be smiling at in twenty years.
With The Reclamation Experience, my goal is different but just as personal: to hand you back a version of yourself you may have lost sight of. Not a performance. Just you, steady and fully in the moment of who you are right now.
However we work together, my promise is the same: an experience worth having, and photographs worth keeping.
